This is a per-kitchen switch that lets that kitchen use an address-based tax API (for example the JTR/TTR service for Colorado) instead of Sprwt's standard zip-code/state tax tables. When Yes:

• the custom tax integration becomes available on the Integrations page for that kitchen,
• a JTR Custom Tax report appears under Reports,
• state tax setup for that kitchen defers to the custom system.

Leave it at No if standard zip/state tax rates are all you need.
