This chooses the layout of the public View Menu page (/currentmenu). Modern (V2) (default) uses the newer card grid and supports the Show Prices on View Menu Card (V2) option from the View Menu tab. Classic (V1) uses the original list layout. Both honour the Display menu by category and header image settings.
