It appears when the Account Members module or a Base/Pro/Enterprise plan is active. Search and select customer accounts in the box; those customers become restricted to the pickup locations they are linked to and will only see those locations in the pickup dropdown at checkout. Customers not linked to any location keep seeing all active locations. Saving the location updates the selected customers' profiles automatically, adding this location to their allowed list and removing it from the profiles of any customer you deselect.
