Connect Reserves is money Stripe is holding back on your connected account (for example while it reviews risk, or to cover potential disputes). It appears as an extra grey card and a row in the Balance Summary only when the reserve amount is not zero. Reserved funds are not part of your spendable balance and are not counted in the Total. Stripe releases reserves according to its own policy; if you have questions about why a reserve exists, use Stripe > Dashboard to open your Express dashboard or contact support.
