Sprwt can keep a list of staff members attached to a proposal, each with email / SMS / in-app notification switches and an optional list of events they care about (sent, accepted, rejected, paid, payment reminder, past due, unread message, auto-charge error). When one of those events happens, every member with the matching channel enabled receives a team proposal notification email, an SMS (if Twilio is configured and a sending number exists) and/or an in-app notification linking to the proposal. In the current version the team-management panel is not shown on the proposal page, so team members can only be set up with help from Sprwt support; the notifications themselves are active whenever members exist.
