In Sprwt a menu is simply the list of meal recipes that customers can order for one specific delivery/pickup date at one kitchen location. Your meal recipes live in Kitchen > Meals and are reusable; a menu just ties a set of those recipes to a date.

Each ordering module keeps its own menu list per date: the Meal Prep Menu feeds A la carte, Meal Packs and Subscription meal selection, while Catering, POS, Real Time, In Store, Wholesale and Retail each have a separate menu page. When a customer opens the ordering page and picks a date, the site shows only the meals you attached to that date's menu for their kitchen.

Because a menu is per date, you build (or clone) a menu for every date you want customers to be able to order for.
