A meal recipe is the master record for one dish you sell: its display name, images, categories, selling price per portion size, ingredients and sub-recipes with quantities, macros, allergens, heating / packaging / cooking instructions, and optional details such as a barcode, vendor, recipe card and customer modifiers. Menus for every ordering module (meal prep, à la carte, subscriptions, packs, catering, POS, retail) are built by picking from these recipes, and labels, nutrition facts, production costs and reports all read from them.

You manage them under Ordering > Kitchen > Meal Recipes (/admin/meals). The list page shows every recipe with filters on the left; click a meal (or Add new meal) to open the full editor.
