What is a dispute and what does the Disputes page show?
A dispute (chargeback) is when a cardholder questions a payment with their bank. The bank immediately reverses the payment and Stripe deducts the amount plus a dispute fee ($15 in the US) from your balance; you then have a deadline to submit evidence.
Stripe > Disputes (/admin/stripe/disputes) shows two KPI cards - Dispute Rate (count of disputes opened so far this month, compared with the same span of last month) and Total Disputes (all-time count and total disputed amount on your account) - and a table with ID, Amount, Status, Creation (when the dispute opened), Description and Checkout Date (when the original payment was made). Filter chips are All / Needs Response / Under Review / Won / Lost, plus a date range; rows load 10 at a time with Load More. Only disputes on payments that were transferred to your connected account are listed. When there is nothing to show you see "No disputes found" with the subtext "All clear — no disputes to review".
