What is a Delivery Route/Zone and why does it matter for what I pay?
Zip codes are grouped by state and linked to a specific transporter (delivery route); which route serves your address determines both whether you can get delivery on a given day (the transporter has to run that weekday) and the delivery fee you're charged, since fee logic is transporter-specific. Two customers a few blocks apart can see different delivery windows or fees if they're mapped to different routes/transporters.
