For every ticked order Sprwt sends one drop-off with: the full delivery address (street, second line, city, state code and zip in one line), the customer name (the account holder's first and last name), the phone (the shipping phone entered for that delivery date, if any), the email (the customer's account email), and extra instructions made of "Gate Code : <code>, " followed by the order's delivery notes. In the current version, if the delivery's shipping phone is blank, no phone number is sent at all — the export step doesn't actually fall back to the customer's account phone, even though a similar-looking fallback exists elsewhere on this page for display purposes only. Each stop also gets a stable reference built from the delivery date and order number, which is what later allows you to edit or delete that single stop. The route is created for the delivery date.
