The caller first hears your Greeting Text read aloud (if set), then the call is dialed through to the Call Forward To number. The call is recorded under History > Call Logs with the caller's number, the forward-to number, direction (INBOUND/OUTBOUND), status (queued, ringing, in-progress, canceled, completed, failed, busy or no-answer) and duration in minutes once it ends.
