An inactive group (toggle Is Active? off — tooltip "Set this group active or not.") is no longer offered on the subscription page, and every plan inside it is hidden too, even if those plans are active. It shows as Inactive in the groups list. Existing subscriptions are not changed. Re-activate the group, or move the plans to another group, to make them orderable again.
