This automation scans each upcoming delivery date across every sales channel (Meal Prep, Wholesale, Catering, Real Time, In-store, and Retail) and checks whether anything has been scheduled for it. If a channel is completely empty:

• If Select Previous Menu if Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day (Client Config, tab Theme: Kitchen) is on, Sprwt copies the most recent prior day's menu forward automatically (looking back as far as needed to find one), resetting stock quantities to zero for retail so your cooking report isn't inflated by carried-over numbers.
• If Send Email If Meals are not selected for Delivery Date on Cutoff Day is on, your store's admin email address gets a message with direct links to every date/channel that's still missing a menu — whether or not auto-copying was able to fill it.
