Clicking Reject (after confirming "Are you sure you want to reject this proposal?") sets the proposal to Rejected, logs the status change, and sends the proposal refused email to your kitchen address (and triggers the matching marketing event). The customer can no longer accept it from their page; if you want to revive it, edit the proposal, change Status back to Sent (or adjust and re-send) and save.
