What happens when a customer pauses their own subscription?
In Pause Future Renewals the customer keeps Schedule Subscription Renewal Date on and picks a range (1 Week, 2 Week, 1 Month, Rest Month or custom, starting from the current/next renewal date), or switches it off to pause indefinitely. If pause reasons are enabled, a reason is required either way – whether pausing for a scheduled range or indefinitely. Sprwt shows which delivery dates fall inside the range and pre-ticks them to be skipped: each ticked date is skipped and a replacement date is added at the end of the subscription (the renewal anchor moves according to Client skip Settings). Auto-renewal is switched off, the unpause date stored, and both Admin: User Subscription Pause (to you) and Subscription: Pause (to the customer) are sent. The subscription reactivates automatically on the unpause date. If the subscription's Pause rule is not Self-service the customer sees "Pausing is not available for this plan."
