Applying the recipe: - Writes the Cooking Instructions into the meal's preparation instructions. - Saves the macro values shown in the modal and switches Auto Macros off so they are not recalculated from ingredients. - Adds every ingredient from the structured list to the meal's Ingredients / Sub-recipes. Existing ingredients or sub-recipes with a matching name are reused; anything unknown is created as a new ingredient, and missing units (Ounce, Pound, Gram, Cup, Tablespoon, Clove, Slice, Pinch …) are created automatically.

Existing ingredients already on the meal are not removed, so if you re-run the tool you may end up with duplicates – tidy the list afterwards and then Save the meal.
