When the order is saved, Sprwt creates the gift card with a unique auto-generated code (starting with "gc"), status Active, the buyer's account, the recipient details and the checkout reference. Then:

• Your business email immediately receives the admin gift card notification.
• If no Delivery Date was chosen, the recipient email (System email "user_giftcard", which includes the code and value) is sent right away and the card is marked as sent.
• If a Delivery Date was chosen, the recipient email waits until that date/time and is sent by the scheduled job; until then the admin shows a Pending badge.

The email offers the recipient a registration link tied to the buyer as referrer.
