The container is kept on every bag type that already lists it (the bag form flags it with an Inactive pill), but it no longer appears in the Select container... dropdown, in the Default Container Type list on portion sizes, or in the Container column of meals. The container's edit page warns "This container type is inactive but still assigned to N bag types" and names them, so you can swap it out deliberately. Re-activate it at any time from the More menu.
