Adding a member creates a brand-new customer account linked to the manager:

• The account is marked as validated immediately (no email confirmation step).
• A random password is generated (the member form has no password field).
• The New Created User email (the same one sent when an admin creates a customer) is triggered to the member's email address with their login details. If Is Email Required? is No, the member has only an internal placeholder address, so in practice no usable email is delivered and the member cannot log in.
• The member's name, phone and subscription settings are saved; allergens, dislikes and diet preferences are saved in the next wizard step.

If Is Email Required? is Yes and the email is already used by another customer, the save fails with This email is already in use! Try a different one!
