A daily server job finds every active schedule whose next event date (today + Proposal Delivery Date days) matches the repeat rules and whose ending date hasn't passed. For each it clones the base proposal (one copy per selected client, or one copy with the base customers) with the event date set to today + delivery days, the schedule's event time, the same due-date gap as the original, and the schedule's auto-charge flag. Each customer immediately receives the default new proposal email with the link to the new proposal, and the copy is set to Sent. Auto-charge copies are then charged by the past-due job once their due date + net days passes if the customer hasn't paid. Generated proposals are normal proposals — you can edit them, and they show in the Events list like any other. Validation: "Please enter a name" and "Please choose a proposal" on save.
