In the current version, there isn't a separate Delivery page distinct from Checkout — /cart_delivery and /cart_confirm render the exact same combined page, which lets you pick Pickup (choose a location) or Delivery (enter/confirm your address, state, and zip) per delivery date, or once for the whole order if the store uses a single shipping mode, and also has the final "Complete Order" button. The order-flow breadcrumb may still label this as a separate "02 Delivery" step before "03 Checkout," but clicking Continue from the Cart page goes straight to this combined page. If any date's fulfilment can't be validated, the page blocks you from completing the order until every date has a working method.
