The Type field offers:

• Delivery (Drop Off) and Delivery (On Site) – you fill Street Address, City, Zip Code, Phone, Gate Code and Delivery Time; delivery fees are calculated from your delivery zones unless disabled. On Site additionally shows the Has Ceremony? / Ceremony Start Time option in the Timetable.
• Pickup – you choose a Pickup Location.
• Invoicing – a pure invoice: the Meals and Custom Meals cards are hidden, and saving a proposal while Invoicing is selected deletes any meal and custom-meal lines it previously had (they are not restored); start/end times are not required. Only Invoice Items and Labor & Equipment are billed.
• Venues – you pick one of your venues plus Venue Event Type, Venue Layout and Venue Notes; the venue's booking rules and capacity apply.

Which options appear depends on Client Config: Delivery options need Allow Deliveries plus Catering: Show Delivery on Proposals; Pickup needs Allow Pickups plus Catering: Show Pickup on Proposals; Venues needs the Venues module plus Catering: Show Venues on Proposals (Order: Venues tab) and Allow Venues. Personal Chef proposals are always On Site.
