Press Download template in the Import a spreadsheet pane. The CSV has the columns mealName, description, ingredientName, quantity, unit – one row per ingredient, repeating the meal name on each row and giving the description only on the first row of a meal (the template shows a Grilled Chicken Bowl and a Veggie Stir Fry as examples). Drop your file on the dropzone and press Import. Sprwt creates the meals and their ingredients (creating any ingredient it does not recognise) and places every one of them on the kitchen's single next upcoming delivery (or catering) date only – not spread across a range of dates – then reports Imported N meal(s). Only .csv files are accepted; if no meal can be built you see No meals could be created from this CSV. No AI credits are used.
