What export and print options does the Menu Breakdown Report have?
- Print Report – print-ready page of every meal on the menu (all ingredient tables expanded).
- Export All CSV – Menu Breakdown Report.csv with, for each meal, a portion pricing block (Portion, Selling Price, Production Cost, Profit Margin, PM %) followed by ingredient rows (Ingredient Name, Production Price, Portion, Qty (Trimmed), Unit, Qty (Original), Cost), sub-recipe components indented.
- Per meal: CSV, Excel (one sheet named after the meal) and Print (that meal only).
- Import Supplier Receipt – upload a supplier receipt/invoice to update ingredient costs (see the receipt import article).
