What emails and notifications does Sprwt send around a proposal, and to whom?

To the customer: the new proposal email when you send it (or a recurring one is generated); payment reminder N days before the due date and before due date + net days; payment past due once overdue (when not auto-charged); auto-charge error if a scheduled charge fails; new proposal unread message when you message them; plus the normal order confirmation for each payment.

To your kitchen email (Client Config > client email): proposal accepted, proposal refused, fully paid, payment reminder, payment past due, auto-charge error and unread message notifications.

To proposal team members (email / SMS / in-app, per member settings): in the current version this only fires for payment reminder, past due, unread message and auto-charge error events — the notification system supports sent/accepted/rejected/paid alerts too, but nothing in the code currently triggers those for proposal team members.

All customer emails go through your marketing triggers, so they can also fire Klaviyo/flows if configured. Email wording is edited under Business Settings > Emails.
