Time Slot Interval (Time Slots card) breaks your open-ordering window into blocks (Any/15 Minutes/30 Minutes/1 Hour). Setting it to anything other than "Any" unlocks two optional caps: Max Meals Per Time Slot and Max Orders Per Time Slot, each with its own on/off toggle and a numeric limit. When a limit is on and a customer's chosen Event Time would push the total meals (or orders) already booked in that slot-length window over the cap, checkout is blocked. This is a *per time-slot* throughput control, distinct from the daily order cap below.
