When a state uses the TTR tax system, the Tax (%) column on the Delivery Rates page shows an extra line for each zip: TTR: Jurisdiction (rate%) listing every jurisdiction that customer addresses in that zip have resolved to so far. If nothing has been resolved yet you see No TTR jurisdictions resolved yet for this zip. This is informational; the editable number above it is still your manual zip-code override.
