The "Root Planner: <code>" link that appears on the order's detail page (both the customer-facing order page and the matching admin order page) opens Root Planner's public tracking page for that stop (rootplanner.io/tracking/?code=...). What the customer sees there — driver position, ETA, status — is provided by Root Planner itself, not by Sprwt. The link only shows up once the order has actually been exported to Root Planner and received a tracking code back; before that, nothing is shown in its place.
