Go to Catering > Proposal Settings > Templates. The page is titled Templates and has a Create New Template button. The table lists every template of your kitchen with the columns Template ID (click it to open the template), Name, Sub-Title, Total Of Meals, Total Of Expenses (only with the Expenses module), Total Of Custom Charges (only with the Custom Charge module), Status (Active or Inactive), Total (meals + expenses + custom charges) and Creation Date. Totals are calculated from the lines saved in the template.
