For every store with a tax provider connected on at least one state, this automation re-prices known tax areas and resolves any customer addresses in provider-managed states that haven't been mapped to a tax jurisdiction yet. It's throttled to run at most once every 30 days per store, no matter how often it's actually called, to avoid unnecessary work. A store with no tax provider connected anywhere costs nothing to run — it makes no external calls at all.
