Under Configuration > Theme: Kitchen there is a setting called System Unit Weight (Metric vs Imperial) (Lb or Kg) that decides which larger unit Sprwt converts quantities into wherever it shows a Conversion figure — the Inventory Shopping List and the supplier order email. For example, with Lb selected (or left at its default) an ingredient measured in ounces is also shown converted to pounds; with Kg selected the same ounce quantity converts to kilograms, and grams convert to kilograms instead of pounds. It does not change the Base Unit you set on an ingredient itself, only the extra reference conversion shown alongside the required quantity — recognised short unit names like oz, lb, gr, kg, floz, l, tsp, tbsp, cup, pt, qt, gal and mg get a conversion (mls only converts when Kg is selected); anything else shows "NO CONVERSION".
