It is the entry point for linking your bank accounts to Sprwt Accounting through Plaid so transactions can be imported and reconciled automatically. The card requires the Accounting module. Its Connect account button simply takes you to the Accounting items page (/admin/accounting/items), where the bank-linking flow lives; you need permission to edit accounting items. The card badge does not reflect connection status.
