Reports > Sales Reports > SMS (page title "SMS Report", needs the SMS module and the SMS permission) summarises your text-message and call activity for the date range:

• Total Balance Purchased – SMS credit bought or auto-refilled (View more lists each top-up: Log ID, Balance Before, Balance After, Amount, Method – Bought By Admin, Added By Super Admin or Auto Refill – and Date and Time).
• total SMS Sent – messages sent (with View Total Sent History, listing each credit deduction with a link to the sent message).
• total SMS Sent with Groups – messages sent as part of a campaign/group message.
• total SMS Status Failed / Sent / Delivered / Undelivered.
• total Calls, total Minutes on Call and total Calls no-answer.

SMS counts use the message send date; calls use the date the call was made.
