Ingredients that are themselves sub-recipes carry a subrecipe badge. Turn on Show Subrecipes in the toolbar to expand, under each such ingredient, the indented rows of its component ingredients (and their components, if nested) with the same Measure / Total / Conversion / Prep columns scaled to the batch needed for that meal. Turn it off to keep the card short. The toggle only affects the screen; the Print All page always includes the sub-recipe rows so chefs see the full breakdown.
