Reports > Sales Reports > Referred Users (Sales Referred Users permission) lists every customer who joined through another customer's referral (Refer a Friend). Three cards summarise it: Referred Customers, Unique Referrers and Converted (referred customers who placed at least one order). The table shows Referred Customer, Registration Date, First Checkout Date, First Checkout ID and Referred By Customer, with links to both profiles and to the order.

This report has no date filter – it always shows all referred customers – and can be exported to PDF/Excel.
