It flags a portion whose Production Cost is higher than the allowed share of its Selling Price. The threshold is Theme: Kitchen › Recommended COGS Profit Margin (%) (default 30 %): if production cost > selling price × that percentage, the warning appears. Click it to open the Warning modal, which shows the production price and profit and suggests selling prices at 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 % margins plus a Custom Margin box. Clicking Change to new Selling Price saves the suggested price (for the default portion it updates the meal price; for a named portion it updates that portion's upgrade price) and reloads the report.
