A per-meal prep sheet for the kitchen: for every meal scheduled to sell on the POS Menu in the date range, it shows the total quantity expected, broken down by portion size, and every ingredient needed with its per-portion quantity and total quantity (trimmed per the ingredient's trim setting). If Custom Meal Builder is enabled and its "show custom meals" setting is on, custom meals ordered through Proposals in the same period are folded into the ingredient totals as well.
