Ticking Only Selected restricts the results in the Select meals window to the meals that are already on the menu for the date you are editing (for the current kitchen and, on wholesale, the current wholesale menu). It is useful to review or trim a long menu without scrolling through the whole recipe library. Untick it to search the full list again. Search and portion/category filters still apply on top of it.
