The report shows one collapsible panel per account manager. The panel heading reads Manager Name (number of members | total), where the total is the sum of the members' current subscription rates. Click the heading to collapse or expand it.

Inside, a table lists the members with:

• ID — link to the member's customer profile.
• Name.
• Subscription — link #id to the member's latest subscription followed by Plan Group - Plan name, or No active subscription.
• Rate — that subscription's recurring price, or --- when it has no price on file (blank when the member has no subscription at all).

The manager's own subscription is loaded but not listed in the table. If nobody has linked members yet, the report shows No account members — No parent accounts have linked members yet.
