The All Plans panel lists every plan in a table with two columns, ID and Name, sorted by name by default (both columns are links that open the plan for editing). Above the table is a free-text search box you can use to filter by ID or name, plus a page-size control — but there's no dedicated status column, member-count column, or plan-specific filter dropdown.

When no plans exist yet you see the empty state No membership plans yet — Create plans to offer subscriptions to your customers. with a + Add Plan link. (Despite the wording, creating a plan does not create subscriptions; see the concepts questions above.)
