One row per POS-scheduled order (checkout) in the date range, showing the customer's name, a total-meals count, and which meals and portion sizes they're getting — useful for labeling individual customer bags/orders during prep rather than seeing everything lumped together. If the same customer has more than one order in the period, each order gets its own row. Note: in the current version, it's only shown to resellers on the Seed, Starter, Base, Pro, or Enterprise plan, or with the BI Unlocker module.
