The Marketing hub step lists Marketing Hub Settings (loyalty rewards %, referral bonuses and similar), Affiliates (managed inline, optional), Sprwt SMS and Sprwt Emails (both marked once you're live because they need your live domain; Sprwt Emails opens its own set-up flow), Loyalty Program and Referral Program. Which of these appear depends on the Marketing Hub, Affiliates, SMS and Email Marketing modules on your account. Referral Program ticks once both referral values are set.
