Meal Prep › Cooking Reports › Inventory Shopping List totals every raw ingredient needed for the meals, By The Pounds items and Custom Meal Builder selections ordered in the date range (sub-recipes are broken down into their components) and groups the result by supplier, with a No supplier group first. For each ingredient you get Measure (trimmed quantity), Conversion, Price (cost per Base Weight), Total Price, Category, and – with stock tracking – Stock and Total Needed (needed minus in stock). A Total Food Cost is shown at the top, per supplier and at the bottom. From here you can print, export, mark items as purchased, change an ingredient's supplier and email purchase orders.
