Help in the wizard's page header starts a short tooltip tour of the current step's page – for example on Get started it walks the Currency, Stripe account email and Auto charge fields; on the Delivery areas & pricing task it explains Generate from radius and Or import a CSV; on the Go Live step (the wizard's last step) it explains the progress checklist and the go-live button. Like Training, it only highlights and explains – it does not change anything. If a step has no tour content defined, pressing Help simply does nothing.
