Reports > Sales Reports > Gross Sales (page title "Your Sales") is the quick overview of everything customers bought in the date range. It is a grid of tiles:

• Gross Sales – item subtotals before coupons/discounts, excluding tax, delivery and tips. Click View more for the breakdown by ordering module.
• Total Delivery + Pickup Fees
• Total Fees – Bag Fees + One-Time Fees + Cart Service Fees (Kitchen), with each part shown underneath.
• Total Tips (View more lists each tip)
• Total Taxes Collected
• Total Refunds – number of refunded orders and the refunded amount (View more)
• Total Unpaid Checkouts, Total Checkouts without Refunds, total checkouts
• paid with balance and one Paid with <method> tile per payment method used (Stripe, Cash, Check, Stripe Terminal, ...)
• total checkouts with coupons – number of coupon uses and total discount (View more)
• total checkouts with Packs (only with the Packs module)

All orders created in the range are counted, whatever their status.
