Reports > Sales Reports > First Time (page title "First Time Report", First Time Users permission, Business Intel. Unlocker or Base-or-higher plan) lists customers whose very first order was placed in the date range. Three cards summarise them: Total Customers, Total Value (sum of those first orders) and Most Common Ordering (the ordering module most first orders used).

The table shows Id., Name, Order (the first order), Amount, Sign Up date, First Checkout, First Delivery Day, Ordering Module and Lifetime (everything the customer has spent to date minus refunds). Subscription meal-selection orders are ignored so the real first purchase is shown. Export with PDF/Excel.
