Reports > Sales Reports > Fees (page title "Service Fees Report", Fees permission; also reachable as /admin/stripe/fees) shows the fees attached to orders placed in the range. Everyone sees: Total Checkouts, Total Checkout Value, Total Quote Fee for You (your Uber Direct kitchen fee), Total Service Fee for You (your Cart Service Fee), Total Tips (View more lists them), Total Bag Return Fees and Total Dispute Fees.

A handful of extra tiles – Stripe Processing Fees, Total Sprwt Application Fee, Total Sprwt Processing Fee (application + processing), Uber Delivery Fees (Sprwt quote fee + kitchen quote fee) and Unpaid Service / Payment / Sprwt Quote Fee to Sprwt – only show up if Sprwt has turned on fee visibility for your account. This is an account-level setting Sprwt manages on its side (it isn't something you toggle yourself in Client Config); if you think it should be on, ask Sprwt support.
