If you have the Extras module, the Offer Extra Items card lets you pick one Extra Item (or "No item"). When the coupon is in the cart, that extra is added automatically to the first delivery day, quantity 1, shown at $0.00 in the cart review, and saved on the order at $0. Only the first coupon in the cart can contribute a complimentary extra. Removing the coupon removes the free extra.
