ETA is the estimated arrival time Root Planner calculated for that stop; it is stored on the order together with the stop number and shown as date and time (a dash when Root Planner sent none). It is refreshed every time Root Planner re-sends the route, so re-optimising or re-ordering stops in Root Planner updates the ETAs here. The same ETA is printed on the stop label.
