Turning on Use Digital Balance applies any balance in your Digital Wallet toward your order total before the remainder is charged to your selected payment method. If your balance covers the whole order, no card charge is made at all; if it only covers part, the receipt shows how much came from balance and how much from your card ("Using $X from Digital Balance, Paying $Y by [card]").
